WALDNER'S DOSOMAT machines offer various flexible driving concepts and are effective through their modular design. Due to the modular design, any station can be provided, if desired, with a servo-motor. This means that all machine movements can be perfectly adjusted to the individual product.
Control is by free-programmable PLC, modem, clear plain text display with key pad or touch-screen. Compressed air control is in the most modern design with low-maintenance valve blocks and automatic limit value control. DOSOMAT offers advantages as, product pasteurization, simple and easy operation, easy cleaning (compliance with HACCP / EHEDG) through a self-draining design and a minimum of movements through the machine table, dosing systems without dirt traps, optimised CIP/SIP systems, laminar airflow cabinet in pharmaceutical execution, sterilisation of packaging materials to the latest state of art (for rotary and for inline machines), etc.

Widely differing packaging materials can be handled by the DOSOMAT machines; the cups or lids may be of paper, plastic, coex, aluminium, tin or glass.

Fields of application : Dairy and meat industry, beverage and delicatessen, as well as the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries. The filling range extends from liquids to thick paste products, powdery products or products mixed with particles. The following examples show some products that can be filled: natural and fruit yoghurt, yoghurt with muesli, cream, quark, fresh cheese and processed cheese; a variety of salads, soup and sauce paste, dressings, mayonnaise, mustard; butter, margarine, spreads, honey, jam; pates, petfood, cosmetic creams, gels, etc.
